What you need to know
In order to make the process of renting a property from Black Hills Adventure Lodging as easy as possible, we have added the following information for your consideration.
1: Once you have your property picked out and have chosen the rental dates, the next stage is to use the contact form to contact us and let us know which property and dates you require.
2: Upon receipt of the initial email, a member of our staff will contact you and give you the following information.
Deposit amount required.
Rental amount required and the date by which it must be received.
Any property specific requirements.
3: The preferred method of payment is Paypal . Paypal accepts all major credit cards and it is the #1 3rd party website for safe and secure online transactions. Why use paypal.
Simply log into PayPal and click the “Send Money” tab and follow the on screen prompts. The email address to send the funds to is bkusser@spe.midco.net
For those clients who do not use paypal or don’t want to sign up for a paypal account we also accept personal checks or money orders.

4: In order to rent you will be required to sign a rental agreement. This agreement will be emailed to you, but we also have the agreement in a PDF format for you to download (see below) and read at your convenience. We also have other forms you can download and read to make the rental experience as pleasant and as trouble free as possible.
If you are unable to view the PDF’s you will need Adobe Reader (free) .
