Black Hills Hideaway is one of those cabins you'll reminisce about all year until you come back and stay again. This charming cabin is perfectly located within walking distance to Terry Peak and is in the heart of the Northern Black Hills recreation corridor. You can be skiing or snowmobiling in minutes, cruising or hiking through Spearfish Canyon within 10 minutes, or gambling in Deadwood within a short 10 minute drive. There won't be a problem finding things to do nearby while still enjoying the peace and quiet of the property.

After coming back from your daily adventures, you'll enjoy coming back to your very own cabin. This newly renovated cabin is complete with an open kitchen perfect for entertaining guests. Hardwood flooring to set the mood of being in your favorite cabin, vaulted ceilings with large windows to the outside and a gas fireplace to kick your feet up at after long days on the trails. There's garden doors that open up into the outdoor partially covered deck space with great privacy, a grill, and hot tub. The lower level is perfect for gathering with a family room with walk-out access. You'll have no problem watching wildlife stroll by as you enjoy some time with your family/friends. There's a queen bed in each of the bedrooms and a loft that includes 4 single beds. You'll also have access to the oversized 1 car garage for your vehicle or motorcycles/snowmobiles ready for those adventurous days. Stayed with friends for a ski trip. The location to Terry Peak was amazing. The cabin was well stocked with linens and kitchen items. The kids loved to lift, we enjoyed playing games, making meals, and spending time in the hot tub.

This house was perfect for our group of four adults and 7 kids while we were skiing. Everything was very clean and we had everything that we needed for cooking meals. We really appreciated the two family rooms so the kids could watch a movie and the adults could visit in the upstairs family room after a long day of skiing.

Great cabin and a great stay. We enjoyed how well stocked the kitchen was with all the tools to cook a great meal. They had a crockpot, convection oven, toaster, water boiler and coffee maker to name a few. The games that were around the cabin were very fun to play with the family after skiing. We had 2 families staying at the cabin this time and it worked great. I would say the beds downstairs could have been more comfortable for us but overall it worked. I am not sure if the listing as been updated yet but there 4 total queen beds at the cabin currently. 2 in the same large room. When we booked it wasn't listed that way so it was a nice superise.

We were in the hills for a Spring Break Ski trip. The cabin was very clean and well stocked with what we needed. We had trouble figuring the heat out. Some of the thermostats were confusing and may need some explanation in the guide book. This was honestly our only complaint. The distance from the cabin to the main ski lodge is super close!

This cabin is in a great location to go snowboarding at Terry peak. The cabin was clean and snow was removed for easy access. I would recommend this to others who want a get away in the winter to enjoy winter recreation.

This cabin was very clean. The rented this cabin to celebrate our kids 21st and 18th birthdays. Everyone had their own rooms and space. We would defiantly stay here again. The property manager was very pleasant to work with. We had to change our first original dates, to a later dates, and the property manager made that easy to change.

This rental was just what we were looking for. It was a gorgeous home with everything we needed. It was the perfect place for the four of us, who have been best friends for many years, to enjoy ourselves tucked away in the Hills. We have been renting cabins for the last 5 years. This is the nicest and most convenient cabin we have ever had! It is very near Terry Peak, extremely nice, comfortable, clean and the kitchen is better stocked than any of the others we have been to. Just a wonderful experience! We loved the layout and the beautiful toungue in groove "pine beetle" bluish ceilings. We all loved the hot tub after a long day on the slopes!

My friends and I decided to book a weekend getaway experience at this beautiful cabin. We made such great memories. The cabin was warm, not too close to neighbors, and perfectly close to wildlife. The sunsets from the deck were phenomenal! We had a truly amazing experience and we can't wait to do it again!

This rental was unique from others I have rented because it was more like home. It was a family oriented home with stunning decor. I fell in love with the little raccoon �� It was in the center of many activities and I like how there was an area away from the main living area in the basement. The fully stocked kitchen was another big plus.

You guys, this cabin is so beautiful! We have 7 adults there very comfortably. Recently renovated in a gorgeous setting in the Black Hills by Terry Peak! Our only complaint is that we couldn’t stay longer. Would highly recommend this rental to others!!

We were in awe of the beautiful setting around our cabin! The cabin was an authentic cabin updated and remodeled perfectly to feel like HOME! Our family settled in quickly and comfortably. Our grandkids had a great time exploring and playing around outside. After spending days touring the Black Hills hot spots and parks, we returned to relaxing in the hot tub, making family meals and enjoying fellowship together. It was a dream come true for this Nana and Papa! We would return in a heartbeat! Thank you for sharing this awesome getaway!

A great time was had by all. We loved the cabin. It was a great location for all the sites. We were about 45 miles or less to anything we wanted to do. We caught the 1800 train, we went to Mt Rushmore, and many other Sites.

We have taken our family on a Christmas vacation to celebrate together for the past several years and really loved this property. We enjoyed the open concept of the main floor and the extra living room down stairs for a little separation when needed. The property is very close to the ski lodge which is wonderful. The one down side is the entry way is very small which left no room for boots, coats and ski gear. Overall the home was wonderful and extremely clean and comfortable!!

We had a great time staying here. The cabin was beautifully decorated and had that cozy feel. We had plenty of room as it was just the two of us. The cabin was very clean, which is important to me. It also was very well stocked. We cooked several meals due to Covid and we had everything we needed. It was in a very good location. We enjoyed the hot tub also. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Family ski trip. Kids loved the loft, glad you had fans up there. The cabin was decorated beautifully. Master bed was comfortable. We did lose power and there was only tiny little flashlight. I would recommend more large flashlights or lanterns.
