This place was a tad small but was so nice out we basically used it for sleeping. It was perfect for staying at while we we went on atv trails in the area. Was beautifully decorated!

Modern cabin in a very nice location. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. If you like that type of environment this is the place to stay.

We stayed at the barn in Cheyenne crossing. It was great. Super clean absolutely loved it. Will definitely book through this company again. Highly recommend!!?!

We stayed at the Barn rental for a week at the beginning of June. The Barn was easy to find, very well maintained and decorated, and in a area easily accessible to all the places we wanted to go. We were hauling SxS on a long trailer and we found that we weren't able to park our truck and trailer on site, but luckily just down the road at the intersection of Cheyenne crossing there was a place we could park and left the truck there all week. We were able to ride the SxS everywhere from the Barn, including Mount rushmore, Crazy Horse, Custer park, Deadwood, spearfish canyon, etc . The only issue we had was folding the hideaway sofa when we left, our son had been sleeping there all week, and we had trouble folding it back into sofa position. We did enjoy the fact that there was a washer and dryer for us to use since we were there for a solid week. Cheyenne crossing just down the road had a delicious breakfast menu.

My son and I really enjoyed our time at the Barn, it was a good place to come back to after exploring. The place was comfortable for the two of us, quiet, but not too isolated. We ventured out to the Badlands and Devil's Tower but the scenery and wildlife right there near Cheyenne Crossing was impressive.

A wonderful stay in a wonderful place. It was a convenient location for our Black Hills adventure. The Barn had everything we were looking for. My only complaint is the furnace is extremely loud and clunks. Made sleeping a challenge.

The Barn is a cute, cozy getaway. Just right for two people. Cheyenne Crossing is a great place to eat and a short distance away. Snowmobile trails are close also. Our long Snowmobile trailer was a little hard to maneuver into the space. Made it work. Overall, nice little space.

Had a wonderful time in the hills. The rental was centrally located in reference to the places we planned to visit. Clean and cozy, with all the comforts you would expect. As advertised, an easy walk to Cheyenne Crossing.

Everything was very good, very clean and quiet, we stayed 2 nights and had good sleep, the surrounding area is gorgeous as are the Black Hills . We enjoyed it very much.

I have to say this is the best stay we have had. Very cozy & modern. Great location, close to great sight seeing, restaurants, grocery store & outdoor activities. Only thing I would change is the bed isn’t the most comfy. Other than that completely satisfied. Would definitely stay again!

A really beautiful area trout streams and deer. Close to Deadwood, So, and Rapid. Needs a better mattress though, grill is Rusty and Wi-Fi is spotty. But overall would stay there again.
2 people at most for comfort.

This house had everything we were looking for: a quiet retreat in the woods but close enough to town to buy anything you need and close enough to the attractions we came here to see.The house is located 8 miles from Lead (pronounced Leeeeeeed), which has a great grocery store, and 528 steps from a great country restaurant (try the Indian tacos). You can walk the road by the house and see some spectacular scenery as well as some pretty neat real estate tucked away in the trees. The 19 miles of Spearfish Canyon will also provide you with some great scenery as well as some interesting hikes. A family of five deer entertained us on several occasions outside the house on the lawn. Mt. Rushmore and Custer State Park are easy 1 hour drives from the house. Don't miss the Needles and Iron Mountain highways that lead into Custer State Park. We are long time VRBO customers and this may be the cleanest house we have stayed in - even the top of the refrigerator was dust free, which is a rarity. We enjoyed the house and the area so much we are considering a return trip next year.

We were so pleasantly surprised the moment we opened he door!! This cabin is very nicely decorated and perfectly equipped for a long stay. We were on a 2 week trip and spent 3 nights here. Great location to spend time in Deadwood which I highly recommend, and Mount Rushmore. We couldnt have asked for a more a more comfortable, clean , lovely cabin in the hills. If we are back in that area we will defined stay here!
