13 people stayed at this home during the August 2024 Sturgis Rally Bike Week. The home was fully furnished with glasses, plates, cookware, pantry staple items, pots, pans, bakeware, silverware, cooking utensils, etc. Plenty of towels. The large glass front refrigerator in the garage with the deluxe ice making machine was wonderful. Unfortunately, the picture shows this house to have a 3 car garage; but only 2 of the doors were useable. This made it difficult to park 11 motorcycles The decor was very "high end" with loads of beautiful "touches." 2 sets of washers & dryers worked out great. This house worked out well & definitely met our needs.

This home was designed so well in ways that allowed 3 families to have their own space with complete privacy. ( there were several beds and rooms we didn’t even need to use) The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed.
We loved having the outdoor areas with plenty of seating, fire pit and hot tub. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Our family all agreed that Base Camp Lodge was a great place for us to have our gathering. It was clean and met our needs completely for sleeping and dining. We would love to stay there again and would highly recommend it to others.

Basecamp Lodge was perfect for our extended family. So much space for gathering and lots of private space. Guest ranged from 1 to 66. A perfect place for families to reconnect. The home had everything you could possibly need.

What a beautiful place to spend a weekend with the best girl friends! The driveway was perfect size for the vehicles. The center island was the perfect size for gathering around and chatting until the wee hours of the morning :) Everyone raved about how comfortable the beds were. The hot tub was a huge hit as well! The house was very clean and everything was easy to find. The contact person was quick to respond to any questions we had via email. All of the girls talked about how we should come back here every so often - it was so fun! During our stay we walked downtown Deadwood, hiked around the lodge and had supper in Spearfish one night! Highly recommend!

The house was great for our large family winter getaway. Extra large refrigerator in the garage was awesome. Kitchen will stocked. Just overall we had a great experience.

We just returned for a three night stay at Base Camp Lodge in the beautiful development at Powder House Pass. The stay was wonderful and there was plenty of room for the 8 adults and 8 kids. Having six bedrooms with six bathrooms was great. Loved the bedrooms with the king beds and set of bunk beds for the families with little ones. The house was in great shape and clean. Budi and her staff at Black Hills Adventure Lodging were fantastic to work with as well. The extra refrigerator and the corn hole boards were a nice touch too. Our weather was amazing so we were able to spend a lot of time outdoors. Would definitely rent this home again.

All I can say was this place was awesome. Very clean, modern, and plenty of room for everyone. We were there for the UTV trails and they did not disappoint. Access to the trails from the house was super easy. Plenty of maps available right at the house, and the ones in the garage were even highlighted with some sites to see, and suggested routs. Was hoping to get up and use the pool at the clubhouse after riding, but we were having too much fun at the house, so never got a chance to check that out. The only complaint we had was with the ice make in the garage. It was very hit and miss if it was going to work or not. If you are planning on "plenty of ice" you will be disappointed. Otherwise the house was great, and we would not hesitate to go back. In fact were are already talking about it.

The house was in very good condition with plenty of cookware for our large group.
The community pool was well maintained an d meet our expectation for fun.
The cleaning of the house was better then what we expected. It definitely felt like cleaning was completed with attention to detail.
We had on issue with the hot tub and was quickly corrected... no complaints.

The layout of the house was conducive to individual families being able to stay together with the little ones yet plenty of play area for all age groups.
The kids enjoyed the wildlife and the s'mores .

This location was absolutely perfect down to the custom coffee mugs. Beautiful scenary, central to all site seeing and tourist locations. Very comfortable and clean. Top of the line amenities for a reasonable price. Would ABSOLUTELY stay again.

This was a great house for our recent family reunion in the Black Hills. The home was clean and well stocked. The management was responsive. The check in and check out procedures were easy. I would definitely recommend this home.

We really enjoyed our stay. The rental was very spacious and well equipped with cooking necessities. Rental was in a great location and easy to find. Only issues we had was a stain on a rug and kitchen floor was not clean, also the beds were pretty hard.

The dining room table was big enough for the whole family to sit and eat a meal together. We will definitely be turning this into an annual event partly because of this property

This was the best cabin rental experience We've ever had. The amenities provided were great and the cabin itself was beautiful. Any time we make it back down to the area we will be using this company again for sure.

Our group of 17 ranged in age from 10 months to 72 years. Owners thought of everything for babies, elementary age kids, 20 and 30 somethings and the grandparents! Beautiful home, setting and amenities. If we didn't live so far away, we would return regularly. Thank you!

Our family stayed at Base Camp Lodge and were spoiled by the accommodations. (Six bathrooms, HUGE extra refrigerator, ice maker, outside games, hot tub/fire pit...). It wasn't quite as easy to get to the Mickelson Trail as we had hoped, so we trailered bikes and LOVED every moment of the trail. We also took advantage of the easy trip to Spearfish Canyon and LOVED Devil's Bathtub also! Several members of the family split and enjoyed other North Hills experiences, but a good share of our time was spent just enjoying family at this wonderful location. It will be a family trip to remember.

Wow! Top notch house! It was stocked with everything you could possibly need. It was also very kid friendly and had all the kid essentials. We loved that our family was under the same roof, but that we all had our own bedroom and bathroom. The laundry on both levels was great too. We also really enjoyed the hot tub and the outdoor games and seating. Thanks for the wonderful time!
