This is a great cabin to stay in. You can ride to the trails and rooms are good size. Only downfall is only one fridge with a large group.

A wonderful cabin tucked up in Powderhouse Pass. We enjoyed our time as a family and loved that it was located to closely to Lead and Deadwood. Clubhouse pool was a bonus for our family.

Cabin is well laid out with plenty of towels in all three bathrooms, separate set of towels for the hot tub, and 2 dryers to keep up with drying all those towels each day. Continuous tankless water heater keeps up with 12 people showering in a row and no one getting stuck with a cold water shock to the system. Community clubhouse has nice heated pools. Only a minute off the highway you still feel nestled into the hills.

There was 12 adults riding atvs, there was plenty of parking and a great place. It could use another refrigerator with no ice close by for coolers.

Powder House Pass was a great place to stay for our visit to the Black Hills. The location was convenient to all the places we wanted to go. The kids really enjoyed the pool..

We had 11 people on our side by adventure and everyone was impressed with the house and very happy with the location. We're already talking about a return trip and highly recommend Bourbon Ridge. Thanks, Budi, for all your help too!!

Nice property. Large enough for friends. Had all the amenities we wanted. Close to utv trails. Good time.

The house was amazing amenities are wonderful. The only disappointment was there was Salome snowmobiles in the garage so we could not park our vehicle in the garage, but we could fit all of our motorcycles in there, which was the most important.

Very nice place, clean and comfy. Enjoyed hanging out on the porches in the evening and it was nice having somewhere to park the bikes at night.

Great location short drive to Terry Peak ski area if staying during ski season, Lead/Deadwood and Spearfish Canyon. WE enjoyed the Community Center's swimming pool, shuffle board and playing pool. Only problem was the wide spaces catching food from kids eating meals making it difficult to clean up after meals. The garage worked well to park kids bikes. We needed extra TP and dishwasher soap and the property manager responded quickly and supplied them. We would stay there again.

A clean, comfortable spot for everyone in our group to stay. We had 5 couples and 5 side by sides, truck and trailers and we had plenty of space to park while using the space across from the rental for trailer parking. Overall I great place to stay for a retreat like we had! A+

Overall experience was really good! We had a couple minor issues but Budi was always quick to help out. The area of the Black Hills was perfect for our two families of 5 to hang out for the week.

We arrived a early for check in, cleaning crew was finishing up waiting on sheets to dry.
Found house to be clean and tidy. Well stocked with basic goods linens,TP and Paper towels.
Overall very pleased with stay.
A couple issues could be addressed. Out side grill is very difficult to use and clothes dryer is VERY slow.

It was exactly what our family needed for space and location. Clean and would highly recommend to others along with staying again! The backyard view was fun to watch the wildlife and sunsets!

We tried to check in early and weren’t able to.... actually check in was 30-45 min late because the rental was still
being cleaned. during the stay the communication between the manager was okay but the day after I had left a few small meaningful items and emailed the manager and still 2 weeks later haven’t heard back... the garbage was overflowing when we arrived and never was picked up our entire stay so garbage bags just lined around the already full trash can. also no garbage bags left for
visitors as well as no paper towels... I had to run into town for garbage bags, paper towels and laundry detergent. we come out every summer for the marathon and this was by far the stay we liked the least. will look got different cabin/manager next year. the house is beautiful and location is great even the clubhouse is super cute.

There was a lot of room and our kids loved the hot tub. The cabin was also very clean when we arrived. The garage was also great when a few storms rolled through. We were working remotely on vacation and enjoyed having internet at the cabin as well. Would highly recommend!

6 couples with plenty of room to spread out; cook breakfast enjoy the front porch at sunrise and the peaceful back deck and hot tub in the evening. Plenty of room in the open concept kitchen dining and living room for a group guitar playing and sing along. It could use another washer and dryer

a very nice place to stay. It worked perfect for our group. All the amenities needed for our stay. It was quite a walk to the clubhouse, but once you got there it was beautiful.

It snowed the entire time we stayed here in late May, but we enjoyed the cabin’s hot tub, Netflix access, and games/cable TV at the community clubhouse building. We cooked most of our own meals at the cabin and could have used a few more kitchen items (mixing bowls, bakeware/casserole dish, pizza cutter), but the appliances and kitchen space were great otherwise.

We stayed here over Christmas break with family to go skiing. Location to Terry Peak to go skiing wasn't a bad drive. The house is new and beautiful plenty of room for families to sleep. Management and owner were very accommodating to any questions we had. Overall I would stay here again if in the Hills the house is close enough to enjoy all the Hills have to offer.
