Living it up - Sturgis week

We had 4 couples and 2 singles, which made the 6 bedroom home perfect along with 5+ bathrooms. The garage use was nice as it did rain a few nights and our bikes stayed dry. Great location for riding ( 5 minutes from Spearfish Canyon)Close to Deadwood (15 min) and Downtown Sturgis (35 min). We would pick this spot to stay again. The house had all the amenities we needed then some !!

A great week with family in the Black Hills!

It was in a great location. We easily accessed the Black Hills, Badlands, and Custer State Park. Just a short 15 minute drive to Deadwood. The pool and amenities were wonderful. We especially enjoyed the large kitchen and back patio complete with hot tub!

A family gathering

Delightful Vacation

Beautiful Home Base

We did many fun things in the area and enjoyed big family breakfasts and dinners together at the house. The house gave us plenty of room to spread out when needed and come together to eat and play games each day.
Awesome Accomodations

Awesome Vacation Cabin!

We had a total of 17 of us, from 9 year olds to 70 year olds!! It was a beautiful home and we enjoyed every aspect of it. The only issue we experienced was the ice in front of the garage doors, and our vehicles slid. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a great place to stay. Great location, great neighborhood, great access to the snowmobile trails and gorgeous!

Living it up at "Living it Up"

This facility had all we needed to host meals for many more than actually stayed. The Blackstone grill was a big asset when cooking. The kids had a great time. Only complaint was that a pool ball from the loft got away and almost clobbered someone in the family room. Needs a rail of some kind to help prevent this. 5 stars in all aspects. A great place to stay.
Beautiful Home

The only inconvenience was being told there would be a pack and play there, only to not have one at the house when we arrived. After reaching out to the property manager I was told to look in all closets, which we did-twice-and all further texts were ignored so we had to drive 30 min to buy one, which is unfortunate since we could have brought ours from home. Not impressed with communication/responsiveness from property manager.

Welcome to Living It Up - a brand new 6 bedroom lodge located in the heart of the Northern Hills recreational corridor in Powder House Pass! This custom 6 bedroom 5.5 bathroom, has been fully designed and furnished to help your group feel at home, provide ample space to spread out and enjoy some entertainment, and set up the perfect location for you to enjoy everything the Black Hills has to offer!
Living it Up is perfect for everyone in your group with zero steps leading into the main level from outside. As you walk into the main living area, you're greeted with large windows, plenty of natural light, and a huge open living/kitchen/dining area with vaulted ceilings! The large well-stocked kitchen area has a full refrigerator, and separate full freezer, along with an expansive kitchen island great for cooking meals with your friends and family! The living area is full of windows with a fireplace, and TV. The dining area is just off the kitchen with a large patio door that leads out onto the large patio area. There's a gas grill on the patio area along with a cozy hot tub with a great view of the stars, and enough space to enjoy some time outside with your group. There's also 2 bedrooms on the main level just off the living area! The upper level includes a loft with a pool table, a bar area, and two more bedrooms. There's also a large two car garage on the main level just off the kitchen area, ideal for parking your snowmobiles or ATV's that you've brought along for your adventure filled vacation! We've supplied additional chairs and folding tables in the garage as well for extra seating!
The expansive lower level includes a large living area with flat-screen TV great for movies, along with another mini bar. There's 2 more bedrooms in the lower level as well along with bunk beds, and makes for a great place for your children.
Outside there's a drive-thru parking lot making it great for when you're pulling a trailer and want easy access in/out of the property without having to maneuver a trailer or unhook it in the driveway. It's located right on the main road through the subdivision, just a couple minute walk from the expansive clubhouse with its game room, outdoor heated pool open all year, and new larger pool open in the summer months. ATV and snowmobile trails can be easily access right from the cabin, as they're located just on the outside edge of the subdivision.
Deadwood is also just 15 minutes from the lodge with taxi service that will come to the property! You can also be enjoying Mount Rushmore, Keystone, Sylvan Lake, Custer State Park and more within just an hour drive!
