We really enjoyed this cabin. It was fully stocked and had enough of everything for the 10 people we had staying. We had enough parking to park 3 trucks and trailers. The home was very well maintained and clean. We spent an evening downtown Deadwood at the casinos, bars and shops. We enjoyed the trails in the Black Hills on our side-by sides also. Ten out of 10 would recommend this house!!

The house was fabulous, nice big deck, enough bedrooms to accommodate everyone. We only used the hot tub once, but it was clean. I would recommend this place to anyone. The only thing we noticed was that there was nothing on the walls to give it that personal feeling.

We come to the hills every year and we were looking for a location close to Lead and trails. House was very nice and had room to accommodate our group. Location was great and had close access to everything we needed! Will definitely return to the area again!

This property was perfect for our family vacation. Plenty of room in a beautiful neighborhood. Our kids loved the community pool. The only downside was the distance to drive to some activities.

This was our 2nd yr in Lookout. Couldn’t get it for year 3 �� The space was great. Good size for a kitchen and living room for evening time. Plenty of parking space and great to have access to a pool. We will be back! Budi was always immediate with any response needed. ������

This is the second time our group of 9 has stayed at this home. The description of home is very accurate. Great location for riding ATV's. It has always been clean upon arrival. Never had an issue with not enought hot water or water pressure, even when all 3 showers were going at once. Have never had to contact anyone while staying, but the contact before arrival is excellent. We would highly recommend!!

We had a group of 18 and had plenty of space for everyone. The house was clean and stocked well. The set up was cozy. It was hard to leave!! Communicating with owner was easy, we will be back! Plenty of parking space for trucks trailers amd side by sides

We stayed in this rental for three nights and had a great time. It’s very spacious and clean plenty of room for the entire family.

I rented out 2 houses for 4 nights in the Powderhouse Pass subdivision. The houses were very clean and well furnished. They were very close to orv trails and we spent 3 full days 4 wheeling through the Black Hills without having to trailer our machines at all. We didn't have any problem on our stay from check-in to check-out and communication with Black hills Adventure Lodging was great. The houses were everything we were hoping for and more. We do a couple of trips a year to the Black Hills and we are a group of 25 people so having our lodging plans go smoothly makes the trip much more enjoyable. I will be using Black Hills Adventure Lodging for all of our trips in the future. I highly recommend using them if you are planning on exploring the Black Hills.

We always enjoy our Labor Day family weekend. The house we stayed in was one we have previously stayed in. Kitchen had most of what we needed. Living room furniture could use a refresh. Bedrooms were just right for our family size. The kids loved the pool and splash pad. Location was great.

Our group rented this lodge during the rally. It was a fantastic stay. Spacious, clean, and in a beautiful spot. Good distance from neighbors, and had no noise issues. Very easy to work with this company, and they didn't ask much of us as occupants. Will definitely use them in the future!

We had an absolutely great experience!! Plenty of room, great deck to sit and visit. Great kitchen and dining area. Had everything we needed. We had a couple questions that were promptly answered before we left so we knew what we needed to bring and what was there. They had great directions for the day we were arriving so had no trouble finding location. Would definitely stay again!!

The house fit our needs great. The biggest suggestion I have is to have shades on the high windows or figuring out a sliding curtain in the bunk area. Having 6 small children awake at 5am when it got bright outside was not ideal.

Rental was great! Everything we needed was there and the place was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Bedrooms on every level so if you were a night owl you didn't disturb those who are early to bed & early to rise people. The kids loved the pool at the clubhouse & also the pool table in the garage.

This home is very easy to get to. Just a short drive from the highway. The house is beautiful with many amenities. The kitchen had every gadget and tool we needed! We especially enjoyed the water and ice in the refrigerator. The rooms are large and we were able to spread out even in the living room (there are 3!) Wifi was good, TV had DirectTV and there were games and cards available. One area that we were disappointed was the snow removal. The 4 days that we were there, the area received over 8 inches of snow. No one came to remove the snow from the parking are or the driveway. We weren't able to use the garage at any time due to the snow which was a disappointment. The house itself was very clean. We did not use the clubhouse/pool area. The reservation process was very easy and emails/texts were answered promptly. Definitely would recommend!

Large beautiful home in a beautiful location close to everything. Easy to hop on nearby trails, close drive to Deadwood and Spearfish. We had 8 adults and 7 children and had plenty of space for all of us. Kids had their own space with bunk beds and an arcade game. Also lots of board games for the kids to play. Pool table in garage was a huge hit for everyone. Kitchen was gorgeous and well stocked with everything you could ever need for cooking. Even had a crockpot to use. Large dining area easily accommodated all of us. Plenty of parking for our vehicles, trailers, and UTV’s. Very quiet neighborhood. Community pool was small but looks like an addition to the pool area is being added. Would like to make this a yearly stay for our family. Definitely recommend this house.

This home allowed my family to stay here together comfortably.There are 2 lounge/living room areas,plenty of kitchen seating and 2 wonderful patios out back. I emailed the manager with several questions and Budi was very helpful and patient. This was the perfect place to stay for this vacation and we would definitely stay here again!

Property is very close to Terry Peak(can be viewed from property) so a very good location. Within minutes of Lead which has a large grocery store for convenience. Property clean and great communication with manager.Five stars!!!!

We had a great time. Everything was nice and clean and they had Everything from playpens to highchairs etc. Construction next door but didn't bother us much.

Lovely house! Quiet and big house! We had 11 very comfortably. It is a bit away from Custer but you can balance things out easily with going to Spearfish and Deadwood as they are close. Custer and needles are just 1.5 hours away at most.

The Lookout was the perfect house for my Mom & Aunt (celebrating 70th birthdays) & me (50th)! We each had our own ‘level’ in the house & our own bathrooms!! Very accommodating! Beautiful, quiet location & loved the ability to park our vehicle in the garage during threat of hail storm! (Just a note...a large vehicle wouldn’t fit in the garage, but we had a midsize SUV-Buick Enclave)
Relaxing, secluded hot tub was a perfect end to a day of sightseeing. Kind of a struggle getting the cover on & off, but well worth it!
Would definitely stay here again!!!

In general, everything is not so bad, one thing that I want to draw the attention of property owners to is cleaning the house ... cobwebs, dust hanging on the fans, dirty floors, kitchen, I really like cleanliness and consider this an important part of the good vacation.

Location, cleanliness, and professionalism of the property manager were all top notch. The house has lots of living space and activities for everyone to enjoy. Very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this property to others.

The Lookout was a great stay. Cabin was a nice size for our large family. Everything was clean and easy to access. Our grandchildren love the pack man gane.

We enjoyed our vacation home. It is spacious , clean and well supplied. Very close to Terry Peak and Deadwood.

Property was clean and the house was very nice. The couches and recliner all seemed to have something wrong with them. Foot rests didn’t want to go back in. The couch downstairs had a spot where the cushion frame was broken. The jets didn’t work in the hot tub and the water temperature dropped very fast.

Cabin was easy to get to. It was clean and ready for us. Pack some trash bags with you when you come though. There were some at the cabin, but with 18 guests we needed more. I'm sure they would have brought us some if we asked, but lead is a very short drive it was easier to pick them up. Kids had a great time. We would rent this cabin again.

We brought our family of 15 for a long weekend to the Black Hills and had the privilege of staying at this beautiful house. It was nestled in the trees and provided a great place to relax on the deck or in the hot tub. The loft was perfect for our seven grandkids, ages 3 to 11. The bathroom facilities were awesome and numerous. We never had to wait in line! The kitchen was very well furnished with everything you needed and the spacious dining area was perfect for the whole family. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Lookout and would highly recommend this as your “go to” place when in the Black Hills!

We brought our family of 15 for a long weekend to the Black Hills and had the privilege of staying at this beautiful house. It was nestled in the trees and provided a great place to relax on the deck or in the hot tub. The loft was perfect for our seven grandkids, ages 3 to 11. The bathroom facilities were awesome and numerous. We never had to wait in line! The kitchen was very well furnished with everything you needed and the spacious dining area was perfect for the whole family. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Lookout and would highly recommend this as your &#x201C;go to&#x201D; place when in the Black Hills!

My family of 20 spent 4 day over Christmas at your property. We had a wonderful time. Plenty of room appreciated the large kitchen, and dining area.

This cabin is set up perfectly for a large family getaway. We had plenty of room and were so close to everything we wanted to do in the Deadwood. Very clean and cozy. Highly recommend!

The cabin was a perfect place for our family from 4 states to meet. We had plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed the long dining table so that we all could gather for meals and play games! It had everything we needed to prepare meals for 20 people. The only negative was no WIFI.

The kitchen is well supplied with the needs for cooking and eating. A GREAT addition from 2019 to 2020 was a second long table next to the first so we were all able to eat together at one table - something I love about that - there is also overflow seating with the deck furniture close by. There are 5 good sized bedrooms making room for little kids to easily sleep on the floor. A pool table on the top loft and another GREAT addition was 2 sets of bunk beds in this area for our older grandchildren to have a bed for themselves. That was really nice. Our only wish/request would be a used second fridge, maybe positioned in the garage below for extra grocery supplies as we generally purchase 90% of our supplies coming in before going to the house so less trips are needed to grocery stores. I believe that would be a great new addition if possible. We arrived a early and the cleaning lady graciously allowed us to come in and put our frozen and refrigerator items in while she finished cleaning. Thank you for that! It was a great location for us - we were able to take off right from our house to the four wheeler trails, across the road was Andy's Trail Rides for a great horse ride, and we were only a couple miles south of Lead so very convenient location. We loved the pool available to the development area. Our grandkids have outgrown fitting together in the hot tub together so it provided a great place for them to cool off and have a great time. Budi Kusser our rental agent is and always has been very helpful and eager to assist us in any way. We love renting from / Thanks for a great time

We were all very satisfied with the location and how nice and clean the rental was. Also we were impressed with all the basic items the cabin had. Example we needed a pitcher for lemonade. We found it!!! Thanks for a great experience!!!

We had a large group of people that stayed at the house. It had ample room for everyone. The house was beautiful and so was the views. We cooked all meals at the house and it had all the essentials. I recommend this to everyone. I will definitely come again.

The home was beautiful and very spacious. There was plenty of room for sleeping 12, and hanging out. My only suggestion is to add a couple chairs for the dining table to accommodate 12 people for a family dinner! The pool table and hot tub were awesome

This is an amazing cabin. It has lots of space, a great kitchen, and plenty of rooms and bathrooms to accommodate a big party. The furniture is also very comfortable if you like to sit and watch TV. Great place!! Absolutely recommend it and will be staying again.

Everything was great with this rental house. Great location, paved road, beautiful house. Wished there would have been a dresser in the bedrooms but not a big deal. We actually had discussed purchasing the home but the garage wouldn't work out for us. We will be looking at booking this place again if we decide to go back again next year!!

Stayed for our 20th Anniversary. Very nice place and it was in the perfect location close to Deadwood for the gamblers in the group and close to trails and sights for the outdoorsmen.

The cabin itself is in a great location, is very comfortable, and was very clean. the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because there is not wireless internet. My job never really lets me get away and not having internet was a drawback. Other than that, the place is great.

This home was wonderful. It had everything that we needed and was close to things we needed to do. We did get locked out so I think a key hidden would be great. Also we would of used the washer but no soap. We would stay here again as it had everything that we needed.

The water pressure was really low so showers and washing dishes were frustrating. We used the oven a lot and found that it wouldn't keep temperature. Also the dishwasher wasn't mounted so when you pulled the door open it would come out from the wall.

We had a wonderful time. The house was BEAUTIFUL. Kitchen was big enough for all of us to help with meal preparations. The property manager was amazing and got us out of a jam and into a different rental in less than 30 minutes. Paved all the way to the house with lots of parking.
