This house is perfect! Our family take our UTV's to South Dakota every year for the past 6 years. We had our family of 11 adults staying here and everyone agreed this was the best house we have ever stayed in. There is so much room and the 3 car heated garage is wonderful! We have already reserved again for next year.

This property is just the best, Wonderful location, Great floor plan. It is so nice to have this many bathrooms in a home. All the privacy one could ever imagine. We had 7 couples on site and never felt crowded. There are so many gathering spaces on the property it was hard to pick a favorite spot to gather. The manager was always very responsive. We did need much communication as the property was just perfect.

Perfect Accommodation for Large Groups

This house was an excellent choice for our group of 18 riders. The spacious garage easily accommodated all our bikes, with plenty of room left over. The home's features were impressive, with every room offering comfort, and the kitchen was well-equipped for preparing meals after our long rides. The commercial fridge was a crucial addition, keeping everything cold and readily accessible. However, we did notice that the ice maker pictured in the garage was missing, which would have been useful. The location was unbeatable, with easy access to all the Rally attractions.

We stayed here for a family reunion. It was great! The accommodations are excellent. The area is beautiful. We went for walks. Biked on the Mickelson Trail which is amazing. Swam in the pools at the clubhouse. Sat in the hot tub. Played games. I would recommend this place.

This house was very beautiful and welcoming. Plenty of space for our large party to enjoy themselves without it feeling crowded. Every bedroom had a bathroom attached, which is a huge plus for us. The hot tub was very nice. The one downside was that the pool was several blocks away. We were aware that it was a community pool, but I guess we were expecting it to be a little closer to the house. But other than that, great house at a great location. This house was at the end of a street so we had a little more privacy from neighboring houses.

Our family met here which totaled 21 people of all ages. Everyone had plenty of space. We had a couple rainy days and the garage was a hit to play games inside. Kitchen was well equipped. Bedrooms were spacious. If we meet again in the hills we would definitely try to return to this lodge.

We enjoyed being there for a full week. The kids enjoyed the bedrooms and being able to hang out with cousins separate from the adults. It was really nice having your own bathroom and a comfortable bed. The large garage was nice to keep things organized and out of the way until needed. The kitchen was great and well-supplied. We made all our breakfasts and dinners in the house and loved the grills and flattop. It made feeding our group of 24 a lot easier and had room to seat everyone for the meals. We enjoyed the hot tub and the quiet nights. The community pool was great too. Always busy but the kids didn't mind. Each day we packed lunches and made our way to some of the tourist spots and trails. We went as far south as Sylvan Lake which was a bit of a hassle this year because of 385 being closed. It just took a little longer to get there. We also did a 19-mile stretch of the Mickleson bike trail with the entire family. We had to rent several bikes and trailers to haul the lunch and take the baby with us. The rental company and shuttle were very accommodating. We stoped at several places to have lunch and play in the water. We had some really good fishing at Sylvan and hiked the trails there and in Spearfish Canyon making new memories and replaying some old ones from when our kids were young twenty years ago. It was an awesome time to celebrate the blessings God has given us being married for 45 years and having a healthy loving family. We truly enjoyed our stay, loved the location!! The only thing I saw that it could use is some plastic glasses to use for little kids, we went and bought disposable ones for the kids, otherwise everything was great

We arrived in the dark and spent some time finding the house. GPS did not work well. Big disappointment was that the whole concrete out front was ice and very very slippery. No one fell but we all slipped. Thought the next day we would put ice melt but there was none on the property. So we used the garage to load people but couldn't walk out the front door to go explore as it was ice.House was so spacious there was room for everyone to be together or alone. We had a great time. Property management was very helpful and always took care of all our needs and questions. Thanks Much! We skied and the second day took in Deadwood. Weather was wonderful and made the travel easy.

We had a blast staying in this rental. The garage was the perfect hub for all of us to hang out and play corn hole. We also caught some cool morning hot tubbing and had coffee on the deck. Wish we never had to leave. We will definitely be back to this little area again!

This place is fantastic. A total of 14 people rented this unit during Sturgis bike rally. There was plenty of room for everyone and the garage was big enough for 8 bikes and could have held more. It was immaculate and we enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend it to others.

The house and area here were beautiful. Everything was clean and stocked as described. There was plenty of space for our family. The shared community building and pool close by worked out well for the kids to enjoy some swim time. The property manager was helpful and the whole booking and stay experience went smoothly. 10/10 Would stay here again.

Very easy to get to. In a safe area with great family walking. Community area with a pool where everyone was friendly. The home was beautiful. All amenities were high end plenty of room and things to do. Indoor and outdoor games. Bathrooms galore. Plenty of dish-ware and cookware. Extra fridges and even an ice maker. We would love to stay here again.

The family and I had an amazing time. Loved the house so much. The house was gorgeous and very clean. We are already working on planning another trip. Was very easy to work with and communicate with the owner. Answered any and all questions. Was very fast at responding.

4th year we have rented in Powder House Pass. Convenient access to trails and all properties have been as advertised. Reservations have been a breeze.

So clean, beautiful house. Cozy, spacious bedrooms. So comfortable & clean. We had a large group all under one roof, so much room for gathering together and for each to have their own room to get away too. Great location!

Fantastic house that was big enough to give everyone there own space, but not overly sized where getting around was a chore. Was very grateful for all of the small features and amenities that provided character and depth to a an already beautiful living space. Had a great weekend and is in a perfect location to enjoy all the black hills has to offer.
