Had a quick trip, but this place was perfect to come back to to grill and hot tub! We brought our own side by sides and had plenty of room for parking with the trailers and trucks. Also a quick trip to Deadwood to gamble. Great communication with owner.

There were 11 of us that stayed for 8 nights at Slippery Slope Lodge. It was the perfect location from Sturgis, the lodge is beautiful and adequately furnished for our stay. I would say 11-12 people are very comfortable for an extended stay. The garage is a plus and we were able to fit 9 motorcycles (2 being Trikes) with no issues. Loved being able to hang our gear in the garage and not drag everything in the house each day. The additional party fridge worked well with the number of people we had. I highly recommend the lodge and will be staying there again in the future.

We had a wonderful time. This was our first time using a vacation rental. The house was beautiful, huge,close to Deadwood and other adventures we had planned. Our son and his wife used the pool at the club house while we used the hot tub at the house after a long day of ATV riding. I would stay there again.

The house was a dream, it had everything! Kitchen fully stocked with essential and the extra fridge in the garage was a life saver for our group. Not to mention that it was very clean! Prefect get away!

The house was beautiful and was a perfect fit for our stay. We have stayed in this area at several different properties maintained by Budi and all are great! The hot tub was on the main floor which is a big plus for us!

We loved the location of slippery slope lodge and the home itself was beautiful. We enjoyed the fireplace, bunk beds and hot tub. Short drive to the ski area, lots of restaurants and bars.

What a beautiful home nestled in a great location! A ton of amenities, close to Lead, Deadwood and Spearfish Canyon. The home is immaculate and we only had one quick question which was answered very quickly during our time there. It's a quiet neighborhood with a very nice community pool area. We wee absolutely thrilled we chose this home and may do so again.

Lovely house, great hot tub, kitchen had everything we needed, beds comfortable, perfect place to launch excursions, gorgeous area, large grocery store nearby, community pool fantastic for families! We plan to return!

Perfect location for a Black Hills getaway. Very clean and in great condition. We took advantage of the clubhouse pool and the grill and hot tub. Very close to Deadwood.

The house was perfect and was great location. We road sxs and was perfect to go many different directions but yet close to town when we needed! Highly recommend and we will hopefully be back!

It was everything we expected. Very well stocked. Separation of sleeping areas gave people privacy even though there were 12 of us. The extra refrigerator in the garage was great for our lunch bags that we could grab in the morning. We only spent evenings at the house because we were there as a group competing daily in Deadwood at a Cowboy Fast Draw National Championship.

Slippery Slope Lodge was an amazing cabin! I can't think of a single thing to make it better. We traveled with kids and adults of varying ages and there was something for everyone. The place was clean and had everything we needed for a wonderful family vacation. I would definitely recommend and I hope my family and I get the chance to stay there again!

This is a wonderful place for a family are large gathering. It is spacious with lots of beds. The cabin was nice and new and very clean with most everything you need for your stay. We really enjoyed the outdoor areas with a firepit and hot tub along with the theater room downstairs. Great location for several of your Black Hills activities! We would love to come back again!

We loved the layout of the cabin and the Powderhouse pass area. The cabin was well kept and we would definitely stay again.

This is a very well thought out property, offering anyone the ability to relax and enjoy it . From the location , close to lead with paved roads . The cabin completely met our expectations.
It is in a great location close to Lead. Surrounded by forrest. I took a couple walks in the morning and the scenery is just beautiful.
The cabin is newer and in excellent shape. The movie room downstairs has very comfortable recliners. Two big TV one on the main floor and one in the movie room.
Everyone in the neighborhood was friendly.
The property manager was very responsive.
A great cabin for a fun family vacation, thank you!!

The home itself and location was great. The air conditioner could not keep the house cool (or less than 80 degrees) I contacted the property manager and received minimal response. When we went out to look at the unit it was frozen. The air filter was stuffed with dirt. The property manager showed up on the third day and looked at the unit and said it was fine. I was in the home at the time and he didn’t come in, or turn it on. We let it thaw, changed the filter and set the programming to hold a decent temp of 72. Without this, the home is uncomfortable to stay in during a warm summer day.

We had a GREAT time at the Slippery Slope Lodge. The size and layout were perfect for our mix of adults and kids. The space was very clean and extremely well appointed! Management was very prompt to answer questions. Loved the proximity to Terry Peak and Deadwood! Would absolutely book this again. We loved it!
