Family Getaway

Having only one paper towel roll and 4 trash bags for a large group was a little frustrating but its such a minor inconvienence and didn't affect the stay. This area is beautiful and we would be happy to stay here again in the future.

We did have two days out of our state that there was realtors that showed the house, we were unaware of this, and we were out of the house while the house was being shown. After contacting the business manager, they reassured us that they would make it right! Other than the realtor any inconvenience it was an amazing day.

Beautiful BH Cabin

We enjoyed the peaceful deck with fabulous patio furniture to fit our large group comfortably. The kitchen had everything we needed and the location was perfect for evening outings and daily ATV riding. Very clean and Budi was a great host.

Right on track at Off Track!

I highly recommend Powder Pass for the many beautiful properties located in the community and Off Track for a group of friends or family!
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Off Track house for our friends and us! There was no problem locating it as it is directly off of US 14. There’s plenty of space for all of the cars and bikes we had. The house gave us more than enough space to relax and enjoy each other’s company. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook breakfast and two suppers. The barbecue was perfect for steaks and chicken. The fireside table served as our dining table and we thoroughly enjoyed the warmth and glow of the flames as the evening sky fell upon the beautifully lined pine tree sky. Especially great was the soak in the hot tub! The community pool area is amazing,complete with a splash pad for the littles. An added bonus was the sighting of deer munching grass in the backyard.<br/>The location is perfect for getting to all of the major sights in the area and provides a hub for destination points. Lead and Deadwood are just a short drive up the road. <br/>I highly recommend Powder Pass for the many beautiful properties located in the community and Off Track for a group of friends or family!
Great Family Home

The kitchen could have used a few more pans of various sizes, but that is just about it! Blankets, pillows, beds, chairs, etc were all great! The outdoor fire table was amazing and where we spent our nights relaxing! Staff was quick to communicate and I would recommend this house as well as Black Hills Adventure Lodging in a heartbeat! Thank you for the great stay and memories!

A true vacation

The house was beautifully decorated but super functional as well. The house was well stocked with towels and utensils. Would not hesitate to book again if we are in South Dakota. We were able to make many wonderful memories. Would highly recommend.
Off Track Review
Reviewed on 2023-06-22 by , Mitchell, SD United StatesOne of the toilets was running when we got to the cabin and we had one toilet overflow, but the staff responded quickly when we told them about this. After plungering the toilet the problem seemed to be resolved.
We enjoyed our stay at Off Track very much. The staff was quick to offer help and answer any questions we had. The home was clean and spacious. The only suggestion I would give is to have more paper supplies available as we ran out of paper towels and tiolet paper.<br/>One of the toilets was running when we got to the cabin and we had one toilet overflow, but the staff responded quickly when we told them about this. After plungering the toilet the problem seemed to be resolved.

You've found your newest favorite vacation home here in the wonderful Black Hills! Just a short walking distance over to the main Powder House Pass Clubhouse with 2 pools, game room, and more! Off Track is an amazing new 3,000+ sq. ft. property located just off the highway on a fully paved road within Powder House, with very easy access to the ATV and snowmobile trial system and the main road that connects you into Lead/Deadwood!
You'll be surrounded by wonderful ATV/snowmobile trails, close proximity to skiing at Terry Peak and a short 15 minute taxi ride into Deadwood! Trail #5 snowmobile trail is right across the subdivision road from the property as well! Spearfish Canyon is also just 5-10 minutes away with is great fishing, hiking, and waterfall attractions! Some of the best features of the location are you'll have fully paved roads, hi-speed internet, plenty of parking and an additional overflow parking lot for trailers that everyone in the subdivision has access to on a first come, first serve basis. You also get access to the Powder House Pass community clubhouse that includes a game room with a pool table and shuffleboard, outdoor heated pool, a larger summer only pool, and gas fire-pit area!
The lodge has an open concept with the well stocked kitchen, living, and dining room that seamlessly come together with a large vaulted ceiling with floor-ceiling windows! There's comfortable seating in the main living room, a large TV and fireplace. The Main level living area leads out to covered deck with a private forest view. There's a gas grill on the deck as well for those days enjoying a day grilling with your family and friends!
The lower level is complete with a large TV for watching movies, and walk-out to the covered patio that includes a hot tub! It's a wonderful spot to enjoy a movie while on vacation, or sit under the stars in the hot tub.
