Really nice house with a great layout. we had the address in GPS, but with no signage that was clearly visible we were not sure we were at the house. Odd pulling into a place and trying to code hoping it was the right house. Location was good for going to Terry Peak skiing. Neighbors had snowmobiles, so a little noisy, but they settled down early enough so we could sleep. Still find it odd how much is expected at checkout as far as the guests cleaning the home. I understand not leaving it a mess, but to strip the beds, take out garbage, and empty the dishwasher, etc seems like a lot on vacation.

Four of us rented this townhouse for a quick snowmobile trip. The place was literally brand new, it was well stocked with kitchen, bath, and linen supplies. Hot tub was clean and everything was in great working order. The beds were comfortable. Although we didn't use the garage, it was very nice with epoxy floors and would've came in handy if we had to fix one of the sleds. If your a sledder or atv/sxs person, the house is basically 30 ft from the trail that goes into lead. The trail is right behind the house as is the highway. Just drive two blocks down the road and your on the trail. The only bad part was the driveway is fairly steep so my low profile 29 ft V-nose trailer couldn't get in the drive as it would drag due to the steep angle and the nieghbor told us we couldn't park on the street, so we had to park the trailer a few blocks away at a trail head parking lot. The only other thing to note is the highway is right behind the house, if your renting in the summer and sit on the patio there would likely be a fair bit of highway noise. Being we used it in the winter, we were inside for the most part and didn't hear any.

Prime location, this new build is very beautiful, clean and well maintained, fully furnished and couldn't ask for anything more, easy process checking in/out and would absolutely come back and share with friends and family the property, thanks for the stay!
