Description

Luxury and Amenities Galore! This home has been custom built and custom furnished and is located in
the ideal location. Featuring 7 bedrooms and 9 total bathrooms, this home has over 5100 square feet
with an additional 1000+ square feet in the heated garage. This unique and spacious lodge will be the
perfect gathering place for your group to enjoy the Beautiful Black Hills. Enjoy the spacious great room,
game room, huge media room, extra refrigerators, fire pit, hot tub, outdoor kids play area
and garage gathering spaces!

Luxury, Adventure, Family, Friends, are just a few of the things you will enjoy while
staying at Reno Creek Lodge. This custom home will have everything you will need to connect with
family and friends or use as business retreat. This 7-bedroom home will sleep 27 comfortably, and every
bedroom was designed with its own custom touches and ensuite bathroom!

Reno Creek Lodge is handicapped friendly with a zero-step entry, spacious layout, and large doorways.
You will enter the Great Room, which is an enormous, vaulted area including the kitchen, dining and
living room. The beautiful fireplace includes a hand-hewn mantle and integrated bench. There is a giant
granite island and custom dining table, so that everyone in your whole group will be able to gather in
one space. The kitchen has been carefully furnished to provide everything you will need to be able to
cook together. The main floor also features three bedroom suites and a laundry room.
The walk-out lower level of the home is over 3000 square feet including family room, media room, bar
area, workout room, laundry, four additional bedroom suites and a half-bath. In the huge media room,
there is an 85” television for your group to gather for movie night or the big game. We want ALL ages to
enjoy Reno Creek, with a built-in kid’s area, and have provided a crib, play pen and high-chair.
The oversized 3 stall garage is a perfect gathering/entertainment space. There is a huge restaurant-style
refrigerator and a beautiful, custom bar table. We have provided basic
tools, jacks and an air compressor. There is even a half bath within the garage and a charging outlet for
an electric car!

The upper deck is accessed from the Great Room and from the garage. There is a large dining table on
the covered deck, and a counter height table on the extended deck off the garage. On the lower patio,
there is ample seating around the gas fire-pit, and another counter height table near the large hot tub.
On the top deck there is a large Napoleon grill and a Pit Boss cast iron griddle. Down on the lower-level
patio, there is a bar area out by the fire-pit for all of your s'mores fixings and an additional Napoleon grill
on this level in case you want to do some cooking by the fire. In front, use the patio area to play corn-
hole or other provided games, and we have taken advantage of the area under the garage deck to
provide a play area for the kids complete with swings and an amazing slide.

Reno Creek Lodge is in the perfect location, being part of the popular Powder House Pass Development ,
yet in a private area that borders the beautiful forest. We are only 15 minutes from Deadwood, and you
will have high-speed internet, cellular service, and easy parking—even in the winter months. This area is
a favorite because of its beauty, its central location, and its easy access to ATV and Snowmobile Trails.
Guests are also invited to use the beautiful Community Room, Clubhouse, and pools!

This house is perfect! Our family take our UTV's to South Dakota every year for the past 6 years. We had our family of 11 adults staying here and everyone agreed this was the best house we have ever stayed in. There is so much room and the 3 car heated garage is wonderful! We have already reserved again for next year.

This property is just the best, Wonderful location, Great floor plan. It is so nice to have this many bathrooms in a home. All the privacy one could ever imagine. We had 7 couples on site and never felt crowded. There are so many gathering spaces on the property it was hard to pick a favorite spot to gather. The manager was always very responsive. We did need much communication as the property was just perfect.

Perfect Accommodation for Large Groups

This house was an excellent choice for our group of 18 riders. The spacious garage easily accommodated all our bikes, with plenty of room left over. The home's features were impressive, with every room offering comfort, and the kitchen was well-equipped for preparing meals after our long rides. The commercial fridge was a crucial addition, keeping everything cold and readily accessible. However, we did notice that the ice maker pictured in the garage was missing, which would have been useful. The location was unbeatable, with easy access to all the Rally attractions.

We stayed here for a family reunion. It was great! The accommodations are excellent. The area is beautiful. We went for walks. Biked on the Mickelson Trail which is amazing. Swam in the pools at the clubhouse. Sat in the hot tub. Played games. I would recommend this place.

There are six of us with spouses and we are at a stage in life where we like to have our own bathrooms. This house had a bathroom for each of the bedrooms plus one in the garage that was so handy. Every thing you could want in a kitchen was there. We couldn't all fit around the table, but still had a great meal experience. Lots of outdoor chairs and could always find a shady spot to sit and visit. The location is very private which we all enjoyed. Will rent it again!

We enjoyed being there for a full week. The kids enjoyed the bedrooms and being able to hang out with cousins separate from the adults. It was really nice having your own bathroom and a comfortable bed. The large garage was nice to keep things organized and out of the way until needed. The kitchen was great and well-supplied. We made all our breakfasts and dinners in the house and loved the grills and flattop. It made feeding our group of 24 a lot easier and had room to seat everyone for the meals. We enjoyed the hot tub and the quiet nights. The community pool was great too. Always busy but the kids didn't mind. Each day we packed lunches and made our way to some of the tourist spots and trails. We went as far south as Sylvan Lake which was a bit of a hassle this year because of 385 being closed. It just took a little longer to get there. We also did a 19-mile stretch of the Mickleson bike trail with the entire family. We had to rent several bikes and trailers to haul the lunch and take the baby with us. The rental company and shuttle were very accommodating. We stoped at several places to have lunch and play in the water. We had some really good fishing at Sylvan and hiked the trails there and in Spearfish Canyon making new memories and replaying some old ones from when our kids were young twenty years ago. It was an awesome time to celebrate the blessings God has given us being married for 45 years and having a healthy loving family. Thank you for making this awesome place available and responding to questions and being so helpful!

Our family met here which totaled 21 people of all ages. Everyone had plenty of space. We had a couple rainy days and the garage was a hit to play games inside. Kitchen was well equipped. Bedrooms were spacious. If we meet again in the hills we would definitely try to return to this lodge.

This home was perfect for our family get-together. The location was wonderful and the house was beautiful. We loved the amount of space, the fire pit and the ability for the kids to play in the garage and outside. Each family had their own bedroom and bathroom and the rooms were almost sound proof which worked great for the littles to go to bed earlier than the rest. We are already talking about a return trip!

This house was very beautiful and welcoming. Plenty of space for our large party to enjoy themselves without it feeling crowded. Every bedroom had a bathroom attached, which is a huge plus for us. The hot tub was very nice. The one downside was that the pool was several blocks away. We were aware that it was a community pool, but I guess we were expecting it to be a little closer to the house. But other than that, great house at a great location. This house was at the end of a street so we had a little more privacy from neighboring houses.

Fantastic house that was big enough to give everyone there own space, but not overly sized where getting around was a chore. Was very grateful for all of the small features and amenities that provided character and depth to a an already beautiful living space. We had a blast staying in this rental. The garage was the perfect hub for all of us to hang out and play corn hole. We also caught some cool morning hot tubbing and had coffee on the deck. Wish we never had to leave. We will definitely be back to this little area again!

Very easy to get to. In a safe area with great family walking. Community area with a pool where everyone was friendly. The home was beautiful. All amenities were high end plenty of room and things to do. Indoor and outdoor games. Bathrooms galore. Plenty of dish-ware and cookware. Extra fridges and even an ice maker. We would love to stay here again.

This place is fantastic. A total of 14 people rented this unit during Sturgis bike rally. There was plenty of room for everyone and the garage was big enough for 8 bikes and could have held more. It was immaculate and we enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend it to others.

The house and area here were beautiful. Everything was clean and stocked as described. There was plenty of space for our family. The shared community building and pool close by worked out well for the kids to enjoy some swim time. The property manager was helpful and the whole booking and stay experience went smoothly. 10/10 Would stay here again.

This home fit our group of 14 (7 couples) perfectly. Each of the 7 bedrooms had an attached bath and another adult sized bed. The kitchen is quite large allowing multiple cooks at one time, and isn’t well equipped. The secondary commercial refrigerator was a big plus. Plenty of gathering spaces unstairs and down. Would highly recommend this home.

The family and I had an amazing time. Loved the house so much. The house was gorgeous and very clean. We are already working on planning another trip. Was very easy to work with and communicate with the owner. Answered any and all questions. Was very fast at responding.
